This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the following terms.
Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@treeorganik.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order to ensure that the cancellation can be processed before shipment.
After Shipment: Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case, you will need to follow our return process outlined below to receive a refund.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the product and request a refund under the following conditions:
Return Period: You may return products within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they arrive damaged or defective (see below).
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the product is in acceptable condition, the refund process will begin. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will exclude any shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and any product labeled as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for refunds.
Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns that are not due to defects or damage, customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Defective or Damaged Products: If the return is due to a damaged or defective product, TreeOrganik will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label for the return.
We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@treeorganik.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
